Adrian Partl from LOVE 4 TENNIS: It feels good to have better new ranking high

The member of the LOVE 4 TENNIS Academy Adrian Partl of Slovakia was playing in three Croatian cities during the last three weeks – Porec, Vrsac and Umag. He was playing very well and therefore he is No. 705 in the world now. It’s his new ranking high. He is very satisfied with his performance during last weeks (he played two quarterfinals) and he has said more about his feelings to the website love4tennis.sk.
Partl confirmed that he felt very comfortable on the court. “Those tournaments were pretty good, actually. Everything went well. But when I was playing against better players, I mean, in the quarter-finals, I could have won, but I made a few mistakes when I shouldn’t. It was like 4-3, 4-4, but they had played better in those moments than me and I lost,“ said Partl, but he is satisfied anyway. „After a few months of not playing the tournaments, it was a pretty good start of the season. I played a lot of matches against different players and I think that I did what I could to beat them.“
And what was the best Partl’s match in three weeks? „It was at the second tournament against the Italian player Vagnozzi. We were playing in the second round a I had lost in the first set 5-7, but then it was 6-2, 6-0. But I knew that after the first set I was going to win. I said to myself that I’m gonna win no matter what because I felt the chance. He is No. 260 in the ATP ranking and I knew I could do it. I was positive at every ball no matter what. I played fast, my feet were fast as well, I was feeling very good. I just wanted to win,“ added the member of the  LOVE 4 TENNIS Academy, who is now No. 705. in the ATP ranking.

“It feels good, but I want to be around 600th position in few months. I am able to play against players around 200-300 hundred, I just need to work hard,“ said Adrian Partl.
